Introduction to the Make-Up Department (An IATSE Accelerator)

About the course:

Film Training Manitoba is pleased to present this two-day workshop for those interested in learning more about the make-up department on a film or television production. This course is an introduction of the various positions and basic operation of an efficient make-up department.

Emphasis will be on the duties, responsibilities and teamwork involved during each phase of production; prep, shoot and wrap.

Discussions on permit requirements for union work will also be addressed as well as the ongoing challenges associated with COVID-19 in the make-up department

A light lunch will be provided to the participants.
