Film Training Manitoba attends African Youth Summit

On Saturday, May 9th, Film Training Manitoba took part in Winnipeg’s first African Youth Summit at the University of Winnipeg. FTM was one of a handful of organizations who were invited to participate in the event. The African Youth Summit was held specifically for youth to come together in the spirit of making a difference. Over 300 young people were present at the Bulman Centre.

Film Training Manitoba was proud to be a part of this event.  “We were very impressed with this summit and all of the participants. We are looking forward to working with the community to insure a bright future for all of Manitoba’s Youth,” said Neila Benson, Executive Director, Film Training Manitoba.

Lisa Meeches appointed to the Advisory Council on Workforce Development
