DESCRIPTION:\nAbout the course:\n\n\n\nFilm Training Manitoba is pleased to present this two-day workshop for those interested in learning more about the make-up department on a film or television production. This course is an introduction of the various positions and basic operation of an efficient make-up department.\n\n\n\nEmphasis will be on the duties, responsibilities and teamwork involved during each phase of production; prep, shoot and wrap.\n\n\n\nDiscussions on permit requirements for union work will also be addressed as well as the ongoing challenges associated with COVID-19 in the make-up department\n\n\n\nA light lunch will be provided to the participants.\n
