Film Training Manitoba’s Executive Director Adam Smoluk, and Filmmaker and Cinematographer Tamara Rosha were interviewed by Rachel Lagacé on CTV’s Your Morning Winnipeg to discuss FTM’s upcoming SWIFT Camera Lab. This two-day course is designed for women-identifying, trans, and non-binary individuals who are familiar with DSLR/mirrorless manual camera operations and wish to become acquainted with cinema cameras and larger tools in cinematography.
This is the only camera lab that’s exclusively for women-identifying individuals. The camera lab is taking place on April 18 and 19, 2026, from 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM for both days.
