Thank you for all of the positive responses and information Film Training Manitoba received on FTM’s fall survey 2022.
As a member of the Manitoba Sector council program, FTM conducts workforce development and skills development for MB’s film industry. FTM uses human resource metrics such as surveys, participant evaluations, and industry consultation to program training for Manitoba’s film industry.
In the latest survey which was completed in November 2022, the respondents ranked the following areas of the film industry as the top priorities for training.
- Accounting
- Post Production
- Screenwriting
- Development, finance, and research
- Locations Department
- Management and Supervision
FTM will be providing a combination of training outputs in these areas in 2022-2023 so please follow our newsletter, website and social media.
